8mm wide x 0.15mm thick flat pure nickel strip, typically used with a pulse welder to assemble your own battery packs. The pulse welder melts the nickel strip and attaches it to the steel surface of cylidrical battery cells. Unlike steel strips, the pure nickle strip has much better conductivity. That makes it more dificult to weld (you need a more powerful welder), but the result is a more reliable battery pack that will be less prone to overheating, and will not corrode in harsh environments.
